The Poet's Tree

First I have to say thank you to those that helped me with this simple poem of mine. I was very shocked to see that I had won poem of the week, and though honored do not feel the win is all mine.

I am the mother of two grown sons. A wife for over 23 years. A grandma to Greyson (3) and Katelyn (5 mos). My family has always been most important in my life.

I have recently returned back to the workforce in the field of accounting after staying home for the last five years.

I have been a member of this site since it began and have met some very nice people, these days I don't get to spend as much time writing, but I know when I need a friend that I will always find one waiting under the tree.
